I'm confused about who this is, because the lowe definatly is not and never was my master!

ilovetypography is one that I check regularly. I think the reason that its popular is because it caters to the needs and tastes of both type designers and typographers of all ablities.

typesites is not something I had come across so thanks for that, and I will keep an eye on it to form an opinion.

Good to see that the type bug isn't something you have been able to shrug off whilst learning to fly down under.

keep it black and white lowe

Hey ye Jon, I'm loving the typr specially the b's and z's, I agree with Dan the 'a' is a keeper. I'd love to see a 'j' I think I'm gonna have to come knocking on your door when I need a typeface for my second year film.
It's all awesome!

Thanks for the feedback Dan,

I have had similar comments about the y from others in the MATD group. I'm glad you like the a because I have had suggestions to increase the counters size, however I think its an integral part of the style and its staying for the time being!

Currently this project is on the backburner as I'm now starting my practical work for MATD. I will definatly post more images when I have furter developments.

Hi Jon, this looks really interesting! Certain things in the image, lik the small counter of the a, make the letters look really contemporary. The y seems to suffer a bit though from the short-ish descender length. Maybe you could move the bowl up, or not have the tail of the y hook back upwards so much?

Many designers start off experimenting with ultra thin style letters. I did! They are easy to draw digitally in many regards, because you don't have to worry and fidgit around with the weight of the srokes going around the curves, etc.
